Serge Bouna have a meeting yesterday with Julien to talk about the new pathnerships between Foctory Action and Africa Community Action

factory Community arts have been delivring a programme of community theatre within Blackburn and Darwen, funding by arts council England ,north west. You may have seen some of the work wich has included high profile performances such as dracula and Robin Hood, both of which were shown at Arts in the Park.

Action Factory want to ontinue developig this important workwith a programme of activity, bringing together the diverse and creative communities of the Borough in an exiting projet which will result in a community festival, picnic and performances Community group include Africa Community Action will be able to work alongside visual artists, musicians or other perfoming artists to create artworks ,performances and installations on the theme of FEAST, which be shown at various venues around Corporation Park, Blackburn on Saturday 25th August 2007

The project and final event will be a a provide people with opportuities to workalongside otehr groups to share ideas make new friends and collaborate creatively.
